We don’t keep our prices hidden or make you wait for days to find out what something costs. Every family, celebrant, and funeral home we work with deserves transparency from the very beginning. This time in people’s lives is important, and no one should have to feel stressed about waiting for a quote or wondering what a standard service might cost.

Our pricing is listed clearly so you can plan with confidence. Some projects are unique and may need a little extra care or discussion — but our promise is simple: you’ll always receive a response and an estimated quote within one business day.

We take pride in providing fair, compassionate service for every client, regardless of background or circumstance. Please see below for our full range of offerings, each handled with professionalism, understanding, and heart.

How Pricing Works

All prices are inclusive of GST (10%) and delivered digitally unless otherwise stated.
Payment is required upon project commencement, with invoices issued under Haven Light Studio.

For regular business clients, monthly retainers can be arranged with a set number of hours and priority turnaround.

Inbox & File Management — $165 setup or $330/week (minimum 5 hours for per week option) (inc. GST)
We organise your inbox, label client emails, and set up Google Drive folders so every document is easy to find.

Client Run Sheet Creation — $110 each (inc. GST)
Clear, professional run sheets with order of service, speakers, music, and logistics for stress-free coordination.

Follow-Up Email Template & Scheduling — $99 (inc. GST)
A personalised email sent a few days after the service to thank families and invite reviews. Includes setup for scheduled sending.

Social Media Post Design — $55 each or $180 for 4 (inc. GST)
On-brand Canva posts (quotes, remembrance days, service notices) that feel compassionate and consistent.

Promotional Video Creation — $330–$550 (inc. GST)
Short, elegant videos showcasing your services or spaces with gentle music and brand elements.

Ongoing VA Support — from $1000/month (based on 7.5 hours per week) (inc. GST)
Weekly or monthly admin support (inbox, files, data entry, client comms). Custom hours available.

Tribute Video (up to 50 photos) — $385 (inc. GST)
A beautiful slideshow with transitions and music, delivered as an MP4 ready for the service.

Add-ons for Tribute Videos — from $55 (inc. GST)
+20 photos (+$55) • Integrate video messages (+$99) • Extra captions (quoted on request).

Obituary or Tribute Wording — $88 (inc. GST)
Thoughtfully written wording for newspapers, service programs, or social media.

Eulogy Construction and Editing — $200 (inc. GST)
Heartfelt and custom speech written in your preference of cadence, using your supplied information. Up to 1000 words.

Order of Service Design — $132 digital (inc. GST)
Elegant design (single card or booklet) with layout, photos, and text formatting.

Memorial Social Media Post —  $55 each or $180 for 4 (inc. GST)
A gentle, shareable post including name, dates, a quote, and optional photo.

Slideshows, design templates, special requests — tailored to your story and style.

• 50% deposit apply for family projects; retainers (businesses or sole traders) billed monthly - unless services are requested for less than a month, which will then be billed up-front.
